From the enrgy required in the production of Silicon Wafers to the use of Hazardous chemicals. The production of computer components involves numerous chemicals, some of which are extremely hazardous to our health and the environment.

Copper stands at an all time high, and yet we continue to manufacture goods at an ever increasing rate.

A company will dispose of it's IT equipment after 3 years of use. This is not necessarily redundant and could be re-used/ deployed for use in charities, homes and schools.
